underwhelming experience. needs improvements

elevator music bland cappuccino

the music in the elevators i found was not suitable. it was rather somber and did not create a positive environment. i felt this was especially noticeable in the morning. the cappuccino at the bar was overpriced and quite bland. i expect higher quality for the price i paid.

dated bathroom unexpected surcharge

the bathroom appearance felt dated. limescale buildup surrounded the bathtub area, it's unacceptable. the umbrella loan service caused problems too. i returned it within the time limit but received an unexpected surcharge. i think it is not commensurate.

The hotel is near the underground station. It made transportation easy. The staff provided very helpful service when asked for assistance. I find the room was large and clean. I slept very well.

The minibar was empty. I had to request it to be stocked.

The location offered easy access to shops. The hotel also was near several high-class restaurants. I liked the room size it was a nice, comfortable size.

I found the elevator music to be a bit off. It did not bring the right mood. Coffee at the bar felt overpriced. It cost over £5.

Solid stay, charmed with the location

direct access great staff perfect wifi

The hotel stands five minutes walk from Canary Wharf station. I used the underground tube Elizabeth Line direct from the airport, so it was simple to reach. Staff was great. They respond in a very timely manner. WiFi worked perfect throughout the hotel.

My room faced an uninspiring view from my window.

The twin room included two comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The room size was decent and the provided washrooms were super clean. Plenty of toiletries were available and the bed was very comfy.

The hotel is close to many tube stations. Accessibility is great. I noticed staff providing assistance. Cleanliness was apparent in all public areas. It created a positive first impression.
